A student once called me, "The Mr. Rogers of Philanthropy," which is about right. I founded Philanthropy Offerings to help advisors and nonprofit gift planners promote philanthropy with high-capacity donors in their neighborhood. Served for 13 years as The Wallace Chair in Philanthropy at The American College, responsible for the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) designation. Earlier, served as Chief of Staff for The Nautilus Group, an initiative of New York Life, providing clients of the company’s top 200 agents with estate planning, business succession planning, and philanthropic strategies.
Original training was in Philosophy, Psychology, and Literature.
